Here is a WW1 era rifle that has seen better days. The metal had deep pitting and heavy rust, and the wood has dents and scratches.

The metal has had pitting polished out, then bead blasted and blued, and the wood has been sanded down and oiled to a satin finish.

Aside from the rust & wear on this rifle, screws were bent, burred, and banged up. The wood was scratched and dirty, and the gun had extraction problems.

This gun was given a two tone finish, high polished sides, and barrel, with a bead blast finish on its accessories. The Magazine tube, and ejection port cover were also polished to a shine. Wood was given a satin finish. The gun was also function tested, cleaned, oiled, and test fired before leaving the shop.
